We have finished the revival in Sand River.
Day 3 – February 13
I spoke on what is the Living in the Presence of the Kingdom of God. Jesus said, “the Kingdom of God is in the midst of you.” The Kingdom of God is God’s sovereign reign and rule over all creation. It is not merely a physical territory but the active presence of God’s authority and power in heaven and on earth. It is entered through a relationship with ruler of the Kingdom, Jesus Christ. As Christians we should be living as Kingdom people, which means a Kingdom perspective (“Seek first the Kingdom…), praying Kingdom prayers (“Your Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.”), pursuing a Kingdom mission (“Go therefore…”), and living in a Kingdom community of faith (“devoting themselves to the apostles’ teachings…”). This was a breakthrough night for many who were in attendance.
Day 4 – February 14
Last night was a special night. The title of the message was “Is There Glory in the House?” It didn’t follow the normal flow of events. There was an altar call for salvation in the middle of the message and about 15 children responded. A few were just following the crowd but most were very serious about what they were doing. I spoke on six measures of God’s presence. We ended with an extended time of prayer asking God to move in our midst, which He did in a beautiful way. The people began to pray for one another. There was weeping as people moved into the presence of God. About 25 came forward for prayer. In the end, weeping gave way to praise – songs of joy and dancing. After three hours it finally ended, although no one wanted to leave.
