Salubindza, Friday night
Tonight is the last night of the revival. The announcement went out earlier in the week that tonight we would have a special night of prayer for healing. Two things always impress me as I minister in Africa – the level of need and the level of faith. Again, we had close to 500 people in attendance and almost all came forward for prayer. So many needs. At one point, the rows in front of the platform were five deep. Sarah and Phatizwe, a young minister from Eswatini, helped in the ministry time.
Someone said afterward that the children were getting in line to be prayed for more than once. I believe that was true. I know that after we had finished, Sarah and I were sitting to the side as Thabiso was concluding the service and a young lady came over and asked me to pray for her brain. There was nothing wrong with her brain. What she was asking was for God to help her in her studies in school. Of course, I’m going to pray for her. When I did, another wave of young people came over to be prayed for. So, I prayed for another 60 or 70 students and their brains. God is so good.
